The capsaicin heat patch is applied directly to the skin, quickly producing a deep penetrating heat to relieve inflammation, tension and pain in the muscles, joints and surrounding tissues.

The patch takes seconds to apply directly to your skin and the plant-based ingredients provide intense relief.

‍‍Important: The more your skin’s pores are open the better the effect and heat. If you don’t feel heat within 30mins, try moving around a little.

Capsaicin is one of the most widely studied pain-relieving substances found in nature and is among the traditional components of Native American healing as well as being widely used in modern medicine. Together with other plant extracts such as menthol and camphor, capsaicin forms the core active ingredient Capsicolle products.

Capsaicin’s properties mean that it is commonly used to treat nerve pain and other conditions involving joints and muscles. It works within the applied area to support blood circulation and create a feeling of deep heat whilst also interacting with your near-skin neurotransmitters to reduce pain and inflammation.

In limited studies, Capsaicin has been documented to help with muscle overload, sprains and inflammation, lower back pain and Sciatica, and Arthritis inc. Rheumatism and Osteoarthritis.

How to use the Capsaicin Heat Patch

‍How to Activate the Patch
Once the patch is applied, simply moving about your day whilst wearing a patch will be enough to activate the benefits.

The warmth appear within 20-50 minutes. Wear the pad for at least two hours (6-8 is best) and you will find the patch heats up throughout the day, especially as you move. If it get’s too hot, take it off. The pad may not activate if you apply it and remain perfectly still, if there is no reaction after 45 minutes, consider opening the skin’s pores through moving about a bit or applying very gentle pressure over the area.

‍How to Apply
The patch is extremely sticky, so plan where and how you will apply it before removing the backing, being careful that the pad does not fold and stick to itself.

Wash the area with soap and water and dry it carefully
Pull down HALF of the protective cover on the back of the patch – exposing only half of the sticky side prevents the patch from folding and sticking to itself
Apply the patch in the correct place, removing the other half of the cover as you gently press it down
You can increase the function of the patch if you open the pores on your skin with physical activity/sweating
Remove the patch after 8 hours at the latest
Do not use more than 3 patches per day for a maximum of 7 days

Warnings

Do not use for skin diseases, skin injuries or skin damage
Do not use on skin which cannot sense heat or cold sensation
Do not use if you are allergic to Capsaicin or other components of the product
In rare cases, it is possible to have an allergic reaction, causing skin irritation, itching or a rash. If this happens stop using the pad immediately and if required, seek medical attention
Do not use 1 hour before or after taking a bath
Must not come into contact with mucus membranes, especially the eyes.
Wash your hands after manipulating the patch
Do not use more than 3 patches per day for a maximum of 7 days
Do not use the heat patch whilst sleeping or apply too much pressure to it
Do not apply to the patch to any person incapable of removing it themselves
If the patch feels too hot, take it off.
Do not use the heat patch when you cannot easily remove it
Our adhesive is is hypoallergenic – similar to that of a normal skin plaster – if you are allergic to adhesives seek advice before trying
Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
Persons who have medical conditions, are on medication or may be pregnant may be more susceptible to burns or reactions and should seek medical advice prior to use
