I visited yiur pharmacy recently to refill Cairns Foundation and was greeted by a lovely assistant Ellie. Ellie helped by showing me different colours to match me for my forthcoming holiday. After trying and failing to get a flu vaccination at the nearby Boots, I reached out to Vitaltone and I am SO glad I did. They answered my initial e-mail query and follow-up within minutes. The store was calm, the staff were all friendly and efficient, and the actual vaccination was totally painless (first time that’s ever happened to me!!!) I was in and out within ten minutes, with none of my usual pre-vaccination anxiety. Incredible service from a highly underrated local asset.
