When should I order to get my gifts before Christmas?
For standard delivery, order by Wednesday 16 December. For next-day delivery, order by 3pm on Tuesday 22 December. Royal Mail delivery times can be longer in December, so we recommend ordering early.
Is delivery free?
Yes, standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Below that, standard delivery is £3.95 and next-day delivery is £8. See our delivery information.
Are your perfume gift sets genuine?
Yes. We are a GPhC-registered pharmacy and buy our fragrances and gift sets from the brands or their authorised UK distributors.
What's the difference between a 2026 gift set and an older one?
Brands release new limited-edition sets every Christmas, with different packaging and sometimes different contents. Sets marked "New for Christmas 2026" are this year's editions. Earlier sets are often still available while stock lasts.
How do Vitaltone gift cards work?

No. Fragrances and other products containing alcohol can only be delivered to UK addresses.
