Description
The Garshana Gloves are used for an Ayurvedic dry body massage at home to perform a lymphatic cleanse and to detox your body. You can perform this massage daily for 5 minutes before shower. It is a dry body massage and you do not need to use any oil. The main areas to focus are arms, abdomen and legs. Use circular strokes on the joints (shoulders, elbows, knees, wrists, hips, and ankles), and long strokes on the arms and legs. Always massage towards the heart.
Start with circular strokes on the shoulder joints and move towards the arms in long strokes and then circular stokes around the elbow. Massage the stomach in clockwise direction and use circular strokes around the hips & buttocks. Follow that with long stokes on the thighs and legs and circular strokes on the knees and ankles focussing on the sole of the foot. Do not perform garshan massage on the chest and heart.
These Garshana Gloves are made with 100% Natural RAW SILK, 35 momme. The silk has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate – this means it has been tested for any harmful substances and is naturally organic
