Faq

Please follow our instructions on how to place an order online.

Step 1

Click on the product that you are interested in.

Choose the product size you would like, if there is the option available. Some products are only offered in one size whereas other products have options available.

Click the “ADD TO BASKET” button.

Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the VIEW BASKET in right menu that appears

When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “VIEW BASKET” button.

STEP 2

In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with the quantity and price.

If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the “x” on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and click the UPDATE BASKET  button, the shopping cart will be updated.

 If you have a promo code or gift voucher code, enter it in the box and click “APPLY COUPON”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced.

To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

STEP 3

If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration).

STEP 4

Enter your billing details by filling in all fields marked with an “*”.  Then select your preferred shipping method.

STEP 5

Right now we have one payment method via credit cards /debit cards over the interface of FirstData Connect

Agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button.

You will redirect to the FirstData payment page to complete your payment.

STEP 6

Check your mailbox – you should receive an order confirmation email.

If there is something wrong with your item or you are not happy with it, you have one month to return it for a refund. The item/s must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging.  Please read our full Return and Refund Policy here.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Postage is by Royal Mail and we offer a Standard Delivery (usually within 3-5 working days) or a Next Day Delivery (available for orders made before 3pm). Please read our full Delivery options here.

Orders to EU: Standard deliver (Royal Mail) 5-7 days.

Delivery costs are based on Royal Mail prices and are calculated during checkout.

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50 (UK only).

  • Standard Delivery (UK) – 3-5 days – £3.95
  • Next Day Delivery – (UK)* – 3-5 days – £8
  • Standard Delivery (EU) – 5-7 days – £15

*if order submitted before 3pm

UK: Standard delivery is usually within 3-5 days. Next Day Delivery is available as an option for orders made before 3pm.

EU: 5-7 days.

If you change your mind before we have processed your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

When your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a shipping number and link to Royal Mail’s website.
